Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz White rum
  • 2 oz Soda water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Muddle mint leaves and sugar in a glass.
  • 2. Add lime juice and rum, then fill the glass with ice.
  • 3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  • 4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

Notes:

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
