Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
  • 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • 6. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Serve over rice, pasta, or toast.

Notes:

Great for using up leftover chicken!
