Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve over rice, pasta, or toast.
Notes:
Great for using up leftover chicken!
