Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning mix for a few hours before cooking.
