Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add the garlic and chicken, stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  • 3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Add the vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
  • 5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
