Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  • Rub the mixture onto the lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Place the lamb chops on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb chops reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For best results, use fresh rosemary and high-quality olive oil.
