Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions: 

  • 1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  • 2. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  • 3. Place ribs in the slow cooker, meat-side up.
  • 4. Pour barbecue sauce over the ribs.
  • 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • 6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 7. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • 8. Brush with additional barbecue sauce and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the spice rub overnight.
