Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sliced onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms. Stir well. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet. Spoon gravy over the patties. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
