Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Milk more if needed
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, beating on low speed until combined.
  • Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on high speed until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
  • If the frosting is too thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

This frosting is perfect for spreading on cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.
