Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold, diced butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
