Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • 2. Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • 3. Stir in the chocolate chips if using.
  • 4. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
  • 5. Let cool for a couple of minutes before eating.
