Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice uncooked
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
  • 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
  • 3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • 4. Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top before serving for extra flavor.
