Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Vegetables chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Place pie crust in pie dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese and vegetables over the crust.
  • Pour egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
