Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add flour and salt to the mixture and knead until a dough forms. Add raisins and knead until evenly distributed.
  • 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan.
  • 5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dough.
