Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Add the beaten eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed bananas.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

This bread is best served warm with a pat of butter.
