Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the browned beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • 4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.

Notes:

This chili is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
