Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pcs Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the sliced carrots and chopped cabbage, cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This soup is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
