Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, white vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, and celery seed until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes:

Best served chilled. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
