Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes:

This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
