Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples use a mix of red and green apples
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup grapes, halved use red or green grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes:

For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
