Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes:
For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
