Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
  • Add the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes:

This dressing is great on Greek salads or as a marinade for grilled meats.
