Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes:
