Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, red bell pepper, and fresh dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve the crab salad on a bed of lettuce or with crackers.
