Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Cucumbers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • 4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes:

Best served chilled. You can add fresh herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
