Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and onion.
  • 3. Add cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix well.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add hard-boiled eggs or pickles for extra flavor.
