Instructions:
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
3. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and let it rest.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
5. Slice the rested steak thinly.
6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the steak slices, onions, and bell peppers between the toasted bread slices.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
