Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • 2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
  • 3. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and let it rest.
  • 4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
  • 5. Slice the rested steak thinly.
  • 6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the steak slices, onions, and bell peppers between the toasted bread slices.
  • 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add cheese or any other toppings you like.
