Ingredients:  

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • 4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh herbs to the mixture.
