Ingredients:  

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Lettuce leaves

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  • 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • 5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  • 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute.
  • 7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
