Everclear
Instructions:
Combine apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Once cooled, add Everclear. Stir well.
Pour into mason jars and store in a cool, dark place.
Notes:
For best results, let the moonshine sit for a few weeks before drinking.
