Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Apple Cider
  • 1 gallon Apple Juice
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 liter Everclear

Instructions: 

  • Combine apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Once cooled, add Everclear. Stir well.
  • Pour into mason jars and store in a cool, dark place.

Notes:

For best results, let the moonshine sit for a few weeks before drinking.
