Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into strips
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 large yellow pepper sliced into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lb frozen French fries cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same wok, add the onions, tomatoes, and yellow pepper. Stir-fry until the onions are translucent.
  • 4. Return the beef to the wok and mix everything together. Add the cooked French fries and chopped cilantro. Toss to combine.
  • 5. Serve hot with rice, if desired.

Notes:

For a healthier option, use baked fries instead of fried.
