frozen French fries
cooked according to package instructions

Instructions:
1. Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the onions, tomatoes, and yellow pepper. Stir-fry until the onions are translucent.
4. Return the beef to the wok and mix everything together. Add the cooked French fries and chopped cilantro. Toss to combine.
5. Serve hot with rice, if desired.
Notes:
For a healthier option, use baked fries instead of fried.
