Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
