Instructions:
Preheat your grill to 250°F (120°C).
Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Cook the ribs on the grill for 2.5 hours.
Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Grill for another 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the dry rub overnight.
