Equipment

Ingredients:  

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs

Dry Rub

  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to 250°F (120°C).
  • Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
  • Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs.
  • Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Cook the ribs on the grill for 2.5 hours.
  • Remove the foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  • Grill for another 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
  • Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the dry rub overnight.
