Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions: 

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add the remaining oil. Add garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir-fry until sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot over rice.

Notes:

Adjust seasoning to taste. Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
