Beef, thinly sliced

Broccoli florets

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

tbsp
Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water

tbsp
Vegetable oil

Garlic, minced
Instructions:
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining oil. Add garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir-fry until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice.
Notes:
Adjust seasoning to taste. Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
