Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 5. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
