Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth low sodium
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  • 2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in mixture.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • 4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  • 5. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • 6. Return chicken to skillet. Cook until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • 7. Stir in butter and parsley. Serve hot.

Notes:

Make sure to use dry Marsala wine for best results.
