Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until softened.
3. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
4. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles or rice.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, use a mix of sour cream and heavy cream.
