Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  • 3. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  • 4. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  • 5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
  • 6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles or rice.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, use a mix of sour cream and heavy cream.
