Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes.
Flip the salmon and grill for another 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve hot.
Notes:
For best results, use fresh salmon and a hot grill.
