Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and grill for another 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve hot.

Notes:

For best results, use fresh salmon and a hot grill.
