Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Oil

Instructions: 

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  • Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  • Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes:

Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to get a crispy coating.
