Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can stuff the chicken with lemon, garlic, and herbs before roasting.
