Heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes:
Top with fresh fruit or your favorite pie filling before serving.
