Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer
  • Springform Pan

Ingredients:  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • 4. Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes:

Top with fresh fruit or your favorite pie filling before serving.
