Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
  • 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture and vanilla extract until completely dissolved.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
  • 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • 6. Serve chilled, optionally with fresh berries or a fruit sauce.

Notes:

For a twist, you can infuse the cream with other flavors like coffee or citrus zest.
