Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.
  • Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
