Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions: 

  • Heat treat the flour by microwaving it in a bowl for about 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds, until it reaches 165°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
  • Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Notes:

Ensure the flour is heat-treated to avoid any risk of contamination.
