Instructions:
Heat treat the flour by microwaving it in a bowl for about 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds, until it reaches 165°F.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
