Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese mozzarella or your choice
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  • 3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dough.
  • 4. Crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
  • 5. Sprinkle cooked bacon and chopped green onions over the top.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  • 7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers, mushrooms, or sausage.
