Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions: 

  • Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk with a fork until well blended.
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir with a fork.
  • Microwave for another 30-45 seconds, or until eggs are just set. Stir again.

Notes:

Be careful not to overcook the eggs, as they can become rubbery.
