Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, spread the hash browns evenly. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
