Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, spread the hash browns evenly. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
