Instructions:
Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to the package instructions.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually stir in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens and becomes a gravy.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve the sausage gravy over the baked biscuits.
Notes:
For a spicier gravy, use hot breakfast sausage.
