Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Biscuits

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven and bake the biscuits according to the package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually stir in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens and becomes a gravy.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve the sausage gravy over the baked biscuits.

Notes:

For a spicier gravy, use hot breakfast sausage.
