Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
