Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into portions. Roll out each portion to your desired thickness.
6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Add your desired toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Notes:
You can freeze the dough for later use. Just let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight before using.
