Ingredients:  

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.75 cups Warm water
  • 1 tsp Active dry yeast

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add flour, salt, sugar, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • 4. Roll out the dough to your desired thinness and place it on a baking sheet.
  • 5. Add your favorite toppings and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.

Notes:

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
