Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt.
Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll into balls.
Use a tortilla press to flatten each ball between sheets of plastic wrap.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side.
Notes:
Keep tortillas warm in a towel until ready to serve.
