Ingredients:  

Bread Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast active dry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter softened

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • 2. Add flour, salt, and softened butter to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  • 6. Roll up the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  • 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
